Design

Your Vision, Our Blueprint

Once your order is confirmed, your Bronco begins to take shape — starting with the design phase, where your ideas become reality. During hands-on design reviews, you’ll explore leather swatches, select custom paint finishes, and curate every detail that makes your vehicle uniquely yours.

Our team works closely with you to personalize your Bronco — from model and trim to every choice that reflects your style, needs, and vision. By the end of design, the blueprint for your one-of-a-kind Bronco is complete and ready to move into fabrication.

Fabrication

Crafting the Strongest Foundation

With your design finalized, fabrication begins — the stage where your Bronco truly comes to life. Our skilled technicians construct the frame, build custom roll bars, fit side and rear panels, and weld “The Tub” to ensure perfect alignment and gap consistency. Each build undergoes at least 18 proprietary structural reinforcements, creating a foundation that is stronger, safer, and more durable than the standard frame. 

Every weld, fit, and reinforcement is inspected and refined to meet Gateway Bronco’s exacting standards. By the end of fabrication, the foundation of your Bronco is complete — a seamless blend of engineering precision and craftsmanship, ready for the next stage: Auto Body and Paint.

Auto Body & Paint

From Raw Metal to Flawless Finish

Many customers say this is the stage where their Bronco truly begins to feel real. During Auto Body, our specialists strip your vehicle down to raw metal, meticulously inspect every seam, and correct any imperfections. All seams are sealed to prevent water penetration and corrosion, ensuring a long-lasting, durable body.

Once the body is perfected, it’s prepared for paint. Our multi-step painting process delivers a flawless finish, highlighting the classic lines of your Bronco while protecting it for years to come. By the end of Auto Body & Paint, your Bronco has transformed from bare metal into a vivid, visually striking vehicle, ready for assembly.

Assembly

Bringing Every Detail Together

Assembly is the final major stage before delivery, where every component of your Bronco comes together. Your chassis is completed, electrical systems are installed, and interior details are carefully fitted. One of the most exciting milestones is the “First Fire” — the moment your Bronco’s engine ignites for the first time. 

Every system and component undergoes rigorous testing, including a 500-mile road test, to ensure performance, reliability, and safety. By the end of assembly, your fully customized, warrantied Bronco is ready for its final journey: delivery to you.

Delivery & Aftercare

White-Glove Delivery & Expert Support

When your Bronco is complete, it is transported via enclosed carrier for a white-glove delivery experience. From the moment it arrives, our team ensures every detail meets your expectations.

Beyond delivery, the Flying Doctor program provides on-demand, on-site expert care anywhere your Bronco goes. Our certified technicians handle all aspects of maintenance and repair, minimizing downtime and maximizing convenience. Your vehicle is backed by industry-leading warranties, extending up to 7 years and fully transferable to the next owner.
